Check-in for your adventure begins at our Visitor Center. Refreshments and snacks are available at our cafe, with a full espresso and coffee bar. Browse our selection of gifts and apparel in our gift shop. Soak in beautiful views from the Visitor Center's back lanai of the Umauma River and zipline. For your convenience, we have private bathrooms and showers so you can clean up and get changed before or after your tour if needed.

Safety Comes First! Our guides will help you fit your gear and brief you before each experience. Our ziplines feature a dual braking system for your safety: the primary system is a manual friction system that allows us more control on the stopping distance and location for each guest; and the secondary system is the ZipSTOP automatic braking system, which engages and assists the stopping effort for each guest. Both systems are connected to the same brake trolley, allowing for a safe, consistent, integrated braking system. Our ATV tours start with a tutorial and lap around the practice track to ensure you feel confident driving or riding. On each tour, our knowledgeable guides will walk you through the process and give you any extra assistance that you require.

At this time you can drive on a concrete road right to the falls and tropical garden after stopping at the visitor center. You do not need to schedule this self-guided tour. Take as little or as much time as you like. Last time for entry to see the falls is 4:30pm. Stop by our Visitor's Center to register and pick up a map of the Garden or get a snack.

If you miss this, you probably didn't see the Big Island Hawaii that was in your dreams before you came. Zipline tour customers get several private special views of this spectacular wonder of nature.
