What started out as an idea to support the famous triple-tier Umauma waterfall viewing and gardens, The Umauma Experience has evolved into the premier adventure destination on the Big Island of Hawai’i. Founded in 2009 with zipline tours beginning in 2010, The Umauma Experience now serves as Hawai’i island’s most diverse adventure tour company. From ziplining the longest, fastest lines to guided ATV and horseback riding tours, The Umauma Experience is passionate about providing once-in-a-lifetime experiences and creating a space for all to enjoy. It is the goal of The Umauma Experience Management that through staff training, safety, respect, and responsibility will be established as the culture of Umauma, and that Umauma will be a workplace where the true spirit of Aloha will manifest and be the guests’ ultimate experience.
